Starting January Budget Cuts 1, 2011 some of our members received a cut in their benefits. Their benefits went from $339 a month to $268 a month. Our house membership dues (rent) are $330 a month. Fairhaven House must receive a minimum of $330 a month per client to cover our lease, utility, and other expenses. Along with our existing clients there are many potential clients graduating from treatment that may not have a place to live because almost all transitional houses need a minimum of $300 a month or more to operate. So your donations are critical for us to be able to keep people from living on the streets. Would you be willing to pledge for at least a couple of months to help sponsor a client who is short in benefits? Your donation may keep them off the street.
